SHIPPING/ TURN AROUND TIME:
All of our items are made to order. We require 6-8 weeks of production time to create your unique and special piece. This time is not counted towards shipping. Once your item is made we will create a shipping label and you will be able to track your item.
Here's a quick breakdown of our Shipping Policy.
Our shipping costs are calculated by weight and will appear on the check out page. Please know that we have no control over shipping rates. We are able to ship internationally, and again these rates will appear on the check out page.
We are not responsible for packages once they have been scanned into the post office. We do offer insurance from Route. Route is automatically added to each order, and you have to manually unselect this option.
Route covers lost packages, insanely delayed packages, and packages that were scanned as delivered but did not arrive.
Return Policy: Because our items are made to order, once your order is placed it is final. Please be aware of your sizing and fabric selection. If you feel that your items are defective please reach out to customer service within 3 days of receiving your items. Don't forget! We offer a handmade guarantee! If your seams rip or become loose, we will mend them! Just reach out to customer service and we will get you taken care of!
Code Refunds: We rarely offer discounts, and we know the excitement if you receive a discount code. Unfortunately, if you forget to use your discount code, we are unable to refund your order for the difference. Refunds will only occur if there was an oversell or an error on our end. Don't stress! Your coupon code has an expiration date and as long as it is used before the expiration, you can apply it on your next order!
Handmade Guarantee: Your items are handmade and sewn with love. We offer a handmade guarantee and will fix and seams that are loose and/or tear. Please understand that rough wear and tear is not included in this guarantee (i.e. scooting on cement and ripping the material).
