What is your turnaround time/how fast will my order ship?

You can expect a 6-8 week turnaround time for most items, unless stated otherwise (TAT will be listed in the product description). Custom or made-to-order items will normally ship in no more than 6-8 weeks from time of order unless otherwise specified.

Orders often ship sooner, but please keep this in mind and let us know if you need your item(s) for a special occasion or by a particular date. We ship via USPS first class mail unless you have requested an upgrade. Once shipped, orders will typically arrive in 3-5 business days, but we cannot control the post office. Upgrade to Priority or Express shipping if you’re worried about your order arriving in time.

What is B+F Sizing?

We know that fit and quality is incredibly important. If you have questions about fit or sizing, feel free to contact us. Brooke + Finn typically runs true to size if not slightly on the bigger side to give your little one plenty of room to grow. There’s nothing worse than ordering something you’re excited about and getting an item that’s too small.

How much is shipping and/or do you ship to address outside of the U.S.?

All USPS ground shipping within the United States. We also offer priority, express and international shipping for additional costs. 

What kind of fabrics do you use?

We  use is 100% cotton, cotton/jersey blends, laces, linens, linen blends, and other soft, comfortable fabrics for your little ones. We only use the best quality fabrics to ensure our products last a long, long time.

Can I wash my B+F?

Yes! For items that are 100% cotton, you can machine- wash cold, and we recommend tumble dry on low heat.

For cotton/jersey items, feel free to wash and dry with like colors on low heat.

For lace designs, we suggest dry cleaning. Spot treat tulle for stains. If you have questions about washing, feel free to email us. 

It is always safest to hand wash and hang dry. Fabrics are more delicate when wet, so please handle with care. 

Are your products handmade?

Yes they are. We work in very small batches and inspect each piece for quality. Everything we do is handmade with love in the United States.
