Estimated 6-8 week turnaround for all releases. Shipping time is not included in the estimated turnaround time. All turnaround times are estimated and can fluctuate a few extra days as we are dependent on production shipments during the process of creating your custom handmade clothing.


Please note: Due to the high demand for Brooke + Finn, oversells do happen. If an oversell occurs on your order, a refund will be issued for the oversold item as soon as we are made aware of it. Please check the VIP group for the cart issues post if you have an oversell or suspect you may have one. Alternately, you can send an email to customer service:  hello@brookeandfinn.com. Thank you for your understanding!


Invoices cannot be changed once submitted and paid. Change of address is not permitted at this time to ensure buyer and seller protections. Please make sure the turnaround time is taken into consideration during purchase to ensure the correct size and style for the season are ordered.


Lost packages are not the responsibility of Brooke + Finn. Once a package has left our headquarters, we are no longer responsible for the tracking and delivery to the corresponding address. A 3rd party shipping insurance is offered at checkout for a minimal fee and will cover any shipping issues incurred.


All sales are final. If the item you receive isn’t correct for what was purchased on your invoice, please notify Brooke + Finn via email at hello@brookeandfinn.com immediately so we can correct it. Every effort is made to ensure your order is accurate and created specifically for you. We strive to create happy customers and will always correct our errors when given the opportunity to do so.

SHIPPING/ TURN AROUND TIME:

All of our items are made to order. We require 6-8 weeks of production time to create your unique and special piece. This time is not counted towards shipping. Once your item is made we will create a shipping label and you will be able to track your item.

Shipping Rates

Our shipping costs are calculated by weight and will appear on the check out page. Please know that we have no control over shipping rates. We are able to ship internationally, and again these rates will appear on the check out page. 

Shipping Insurance
We are not responsible for packages once they have been scanned into the post office. We do offer insurance from Route. Route is automatically added to each order, and you have to manually unselect this option.
Route covers lost packages, insanely delayed packages, and packages that were scanned as delivered but did not arrive.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:

Return Policy: Because our items are made to order, once your order is placed it is final. Please be aware of your sizing and fabric selection. If you feel that your items are defective please reach out to customer service within 3 days of receiving your items. Don't forget! We offer a handmade guarantee! If your seams rip or become loose, we will mend them! Just reach out to customer service and we will get you taken care of!

Code Refunds: We rarely offer discounts, and we know the excitement if you receive a discount code. Unfortunately, if you forget to use your discount code, we are unable to refund your order for the difference. Refunds will only occur if there was an oversell or an error on our end. Don't stress! Your coupon code has an expiration date and as long as it is used before the expiration, you can apply it on your next order!

Handmade Guarantee: Your items are handmade and sewn with love. We offer a handmade guarantee and will fix and seams that are loose and/or tear. Please understand that rough wear and tear is not included in this guarantee (i.e. scooting on cement and ripping the material). If you have questions about your item and the Handmade Guarantee please contact customer service.

Washing Instructions:

Please be aware that all clothing is made from a variety of hand selected materials. Please be aware of the materials you are washing.

Can I wash my Brooke + Finn?

Yes! For items that are 100% cotton, you can machine- wash cold, and we recommend tumble dry on low heat.

For cotton/jersey items, feel free to wash and dry with like colors on low heat.

For lace designs, we suggest dry cleaning. Spot treat tulle for stains. If you have questions about washing, feel free to email us. 

It is always safest to hand wash and hang dry. Fabrics are more delicate when wet, so please handle with care.
